Since qualifying in manual lymph drainage and decongestive lymphatic therapy at the Dr. Vodder School in 2007, Elaine has been treating primary/secondary lymphoedema & lipoedema both privately and at cancer care centres in the Galway/Clare area. From 2007-2010 she volunteered to be secretary of MLD Ireland, the professional association for manual lymph drainage practitioners in Ireland. Elaine’s philosophy is to facilitate lymphoedema patients in managing their own condition and achieving the best possible outcome for their quality of life and general health and wellness. She joined NLFI’s steering committee in September 2015.
