Norah is a Chartered Physiotherapist, who following qualification, spent many years  working in the acute health care system.  As a clinician she gained general experience in Ireland and the US, specialising in rehabilitation and later in management of lymphoedema, qualifying from the Vodder School in 2005. As Physiotherapy Manager in University Hospital Galway, she developed and provided a lymphoedema service for patients following treatment for cancer. Norah’s interest is to improve awareness and education in the area of lymphatic disease, gain support for best management of lymphoedema, and optimise independent living for individuals with this condition.
